This is where show you some sites worked on in the last few years and a few simple Projects. We will add from time to time a library of pictures. It also gives you idea of our skills and types of works. Some of it typical of what we have become good at.
The Pinfarm Project Attic Space Conversion.
This is a plethora of pictures where we have used this larger on-going site as test bed for innovative types of design and materials creating spaces that can be used for different 'of piste', places.
Some are a bit more techie ways of doing things in Solar power and heating.
Pinfarm new stair case.
A major change of upstairs landing space and the floor height adjustment due to a underfloor heating system many moons ago. Meant the last step was off by an inch. So it required a new fresh starting step so using our usual custom suppliers Pears Stairs. Jump on there website design tool enter some measurements and here we go. The old staircase was removed and a new one inserted in two days from carcase out to new carcase in. Then we inserted the old modified understairs draws cupboard combo. Cob lighting with a magic microwave switch will follow.
Ruskin Road Attic conversion stair case.
During the conversion of this Ipswich home (Covid refit time), we decided to add a upstairs, play /office storage /quiet space and utilising our patented structrual tie beam technique again. We managed to turn a dark standard attic in to a store room an landing for a new Gas boiler and bring light to a house that needed it. Hiding re-cumberant heat and ventilation system. We threw a lot of good ideas at this house.
